Hi, my name is Dr. Shaun Woodly!
Teaching in urban and culturally diverse schools has been a daily struggle for many educators. Different personalities, backgrounds and learning abilities can raise a lot of questions about how educators can truly help their students be successful.
My work is the result of my desire for change in education. It has evolved over the course of many years of immersion, dedication, and my commitment to making a difference in schools and communities that are traditionally underserved, under-valued, and under-loved. It started with my work as a classroom educator, turned college professor and now speaker.
Today, I work with schools and school districts, training educators at all levels across the country. My programs are designed to break down the barriers that can limit educator success, allowing them to reach, motivate, and engage all of their students. All meaning ALL. These programs facilitate a path for educators to genuinely connect with their students, increasing student achievement and truly transforming the learning environment.
