Renaissance Elementary, a Title I school in Fulton County, entrusted Dr. Shaun Woodly to support staff by aligning professional learning with the school’s mission to empower every student to reach full potential. This professional learning experience was delivered to the entire staff of approximately 70 educators, complete with printed workbooks, focused on translating research into practical, classroom-ready application. Educators left with actionable, classroom-tested strategies that immediately felt relevant to the daily realities of their work.The workshop took place on campus and emphasized consistent routines, teacher presence, and designing learning environments that foster calm, focus, and connection.

Educators rated the session 100% valuable, 99% relevant, 99% engaging, and 99% inspiring, affirming that the training offered fresh, research-aligned insights while honoring the lived realities of teaching in high-needs schools.
